Once you place an order, we start processing orders for shipment immediately and we are unable to make changes to, cancel, or alter your order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation within 1-3 business days. Depending on where you live shipping takes 6-8 days via our logistics partners.
PLEASE enter your address carefully as we cannot make changes once you have confirmed the order.
Laurelle London is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Customers are responsible for packages as soon as they enter the logistics partner’s system.
If there is an issue with your package once it is in Logistics hands, you must contact your courier partner’s office for help.
Once we hand over to logistics partners it is out of our control and we cannot help you! If your tracking email says your package has been delivered and you can't find it OR your package is delayed, please call your local courier partner whichever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down most of the time.
